An Ofsted inspection, published in May 2014, found the delivery of children鈥檚 services 鈥榠nadequate鈥�.
This direction formalises and secures the working arrangements between Lord Warner, Commissioner for Birmingham Children鈥檚 Social Care, and Birmingham city council. It revokes and replaces the previous direction of March 2013.
This direction has closed; a direction issued on 17 December 2015 replaces this direction.
