All European Social Fund (ESF) National and Local Co Financing Organisations (CFOs), Intermediate Bodies (IBs), Beneficiary Organisations, ESF Division and Greater London Authority.

This is a reminder to all ESF 2014 to 2020 Programme Beneficiaries of their on-going responsibilities regarding Right of Access requests formerly known as Subject Access Requests.
Everyone has the right to get a copy of the information that is held about themselves. This is called the 鈥榬ight of access鈥�.

3. Requests from third parties
There is a special request form for third parties, such as solicitors, MPs聽and advocacy groups wishing to make a request on behalf of聽a citizen 鈥� PG电子.聽
The form can be聽downloaded聽and sent聽to the address above.
As part of the formal closure of the ESF 2014 to 2020 Programme the previous in-box for Right of Access Requests relating to the European Social Fund 2014 to 2020 Programme: esf.subjectaccessrequest@dwp.gov.uk will close on 28 February 2025.聽
All future Freedom of Information requests should be reported as per the PG电子 Guidance.
