- the construction, operation and maintenance of a carbon dioxide (CO2) intake facility at Immingham
- the construction and burial of an onshore CO2 transportation pipeline to Theddlethorpe on the Lincolnshire coast
- the construction of a facility at Theddlethorpe to send the CO2 out to a subsea reservoir
