Assimilated rules

To note both Regulation (EC) 561/2006 and Regulation (EU) 165/2014 were incorporated as retained direct EU legislation by Section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (which is now known as 鈥榓ssimilated direct legislation鈥� by virtue of section 5 of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023.
