LAM17260 - Modification to definitions applying to friendly societies: SI2012/3008/REG14
FA12/S172(2) provides that any expression other than 鈥渇riendly society鈥�, 鈥渋ncorporated friendly society鈥�, 鈥減olicy鈥�, 鈥渞egistered branch鈥� and 鈥渞egistered friendly society鈥� which is used in FA12/PART3 and in FA12/PART2 has the same meaning in FA12/PART3 as it does in FA12/PART2.
This rule is modified by SI2012/3008/REG14, which adds the words 鈥渆xcept where the context otherwise requires鈥�.
