Search for disqualified company directors
The includes details of disqualifications given by:
- the courts
- the Insolvency Service
- the Competition and Markets Authority
- the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO)
- HM Treasury through the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI)
It contains:
- their name
- why they were disqualified
- when the disqualification began
- how many disqualifications they’ve had
- whether they have the permission to continue to act as a director
- other details such as their address and date of birth, if available
You can also search the bankruptcy and insolvency register to find out if someone has been banned from being a company director.
